Black Barn Alpacas is located in Floresville on a 16-acre ranch outside of San Antonio, Texas.

They focus on sustainable breeding and fleecing. They opened their business to ecotourism so others could have the unique experience of a face-to-face encounter with the adorable “floofs.” There are over 75+ alpacas currently frolicking on the ranch.

Our goal was to get the word out on this new business and bring in as much visibility, media, and customers as possible. We provide monthly social media management & content creation, press releases, an enhanced reels strategy, and website copywriting. We also run reputation management for them across TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google.

Black Barn Alpacas needed help getting the news out about their grand opening and 2 large events (Fall Fest and Holiday on the Ranch). We launched a targeted social media awareness campaign as well as managed public and influencer relations.

In less than a year, we got them over 6,000 Instagram followers and over 700,000 total impressions. We secured TV and online media spots, including YOLO TX and numerous local outlets. Over 20,000 people attended their month-long grand opening event - well beyond their initial goal.
